Who is this training for?

This training is perfect for aspiring virtual assistants, career shifters, stay-at-home moms, or freelancers who want to niche down and build specialized skills.

How do I book a session?

Booking a session is easy! Simply click "Book a 1-on-1 Training" on our site, choose the course you want to take, and then pick your preferred Day 1 schedule. After selecting your time, proceed to payment. Please note that if payment isn’t completed within 24 hours, your scheduled Day 1 will be canceled. Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll send you an email to confirm everything.

Is this beginner-friendly?

Yes! Whether you’re starting from scratch or shifting from another field, our training meets you where you are. We explain everything in a way that’s simple, clear, and doable.

Will I receive a certificate and post-training support?

Yes, you'll receive a certificate of completion upon request, and you can list your coach as a character reference on your resume or portfolio. Plus, you'll have 90-day direct access to your coach for questions and feedback. For GHL students, we also offer 14-day free system access to help you practice.

What makes Sage VA Tutoring different from other VA courses?

We don’t do self-paced modules or pre-recorded videos. Every session is 1-on-1, personalized, and hands-on—so you can actually learn how to do the work, not just hear about it.

Is there a schedule I have to follow?

Yes, the schedule you select for Day 1 will be your consistent time for all 4 days. We believe that having consecutive sessions helps you stay engaged and retain the information more effectively.

How long is the training, and is it online or in-person?

Each course is 12 hours total, spread across 4 days (3 hours per day). The training is done online via Zoom, so you can learn from anywhere— kahit nasa bahay ka lang!

Are there any freebies included?

Yes! Each course comes with curated resources and tools you can use even after training. We also give freebies upon completion to help kickstart your journey.
