These Terms & Conditions outline the guidelines, policies, and responsibilities for students enrolling in Sage VA Tutoring’s training programs. By enrolling, you agree to abide by the following:
1. Enrollment & Payment
• Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully validated.
• Training fees are non-transferable to another person.
2. Training Sessions
• All training is conducted 1-on-1 via Google Meet, unless otherwise specified for a group masterclass.
• Training programs consist of 12 total hours (4 days × 3 hours per session).
• Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions on time.
• Once a session has started, it is considered consumed, even if the student is absent or unable to join.
• All freebies, and other resources will be given only after completion of the full training program.
3. House Rules (Live Sessions)
To maintain a smooth and productive learning experience:
• Students must ensure a stable internet connection during sessions.
• Cameras are optional but encouraged for engagement.
• Keep your microphone muted when not speaking to avoid background noise.
• Students are encouraged to ask questions anytime — interaction is welcome and part of the learning process.
• Students should prepare note-taking materials and be in a distraction-free environment.
4. Rescheduling Policy
• Each student is allowed one (1) reschedule in case of a valid emergency.
Conditions for valid rescheduling:
• Notify Sage VA Tutoring at least 24 hours in advance.
• Provide a clear and valid reason (e.g., illness, family emergencies, urgent matters).
• Failure to comply with these conditions will result in forfeiture of the session.
• Reschedules beyond one (1) instance may not be accommodated or may require additional fees.
5. Cancellations by Sage VA Tutoring
If Sage VA Tutoring cancels a Group Masterclass, students may choose:
• A full refund (processed via GCash or bank transfer).
• To transfer their enrollment to a 1-on-1 specialized training by adding the required payment difference.
If Sage VA Tutoring needs to reschedule due to coach unavailability (e.g., illness), a new schedule will be provided at the soonest possible date.
6. Refund Policy
• Refunds apply only in the case of cancelled group masterclasses or situations where Sage VA Tutoring is unable to deliver the promised training.
• To process a refund, students must provide their GCash number or bank account details.
• Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after receiving the required details.
• No refunds will be given for 1-on-1 trainings once sessions have started.
7. Meeting Recording Policy
• Recording of sessions by students is not allowed.
• Sage VA Tutoring may, at its discretion, record sessions for internal use (e.g., quality checks, coaching improvements).
If recordings are made available to students, they will be for limited-time access only (within 48 hours after the session).
• Recordings are provided as a staff review aid and not as a substitute for attending live sessions.
• Sage VA Tutoring does not guarantee permanent storage or long-term availability of recordings.
• Sharing, distributing, or selling any recordings or materials outside the enrolled student’s use is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
• For the protection of our proprietary materials, we do not provide module handouts. Instead, all learning will be delivered live during sessions, and supplementary resources (templates, guides, etc.) will only be provided after course completion.
• Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of Sage VA Tutoring’s materials without permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Code of Conduct
• Students are expected to behave respectfully during sessions.
• Disruptive behavior (e.g., harassment, inappropriate language, or repeated violation of house rules) may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.
